Information on newly implemented Oconee County and Duke Energy zoning/setback requirements may be found by clicking on the "KHCSA Documents" menu item to the left. When the page comes up, scroll to and click on the "Zoning/Setbacks" item.

Welcome to the Keowee Harbours web site. Our community is located on beautiful Lake Keowee in Oconee County, South Carolina. Oconee County is the northwestern-most county in the state, bounded by Georga to the west and North Carolina to the north. Our county is referred to as the "Golden Corner" of South Carolina.
Lake Keowee is situated at 800 feet above mean sea level, contains 18,500 acres of water, and has over 300 miles of shoreline. The foothills of the Smoky Mountains form a picturesque background and the lake is considered to be some of the most pristine water in the Southeast.
Our gated community consists of 61 detached homes, 10 town homes, and 41 unimproved lots. Community facilities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis court, and boat slips for owners of interior properties. Real estate agents in the area have access to our community and you are most welcome to use them for a tour. Golfers can enjoy a choice of over fifteen fine courses, ranging from within 15 minutes to just over an hours driving time. Green fees (senior) for 18 holes can be as low as $22, including cart, and rarely exceed $35.
Keowee Harbours is managed by a Board of Directors elected by the Keowee Harbours Community Service Association (KHCSA). All property owners in the community are members of KHCSA. Our assessment fees are currently $800/year. Our boat trailer and small utility trailer parking fee is $60/year, and our boat slip fee is $45/month for a slip with access to the boat from both sides and $35/month for a slip with access to the boat from only one side.
